- Affirmations: Positive statements like “I am attracting success and abundance” reinforce your intentions and shift your mindset. These are definitely my number one go-too tools for making things happen each day. I set core ones out for the year and then break-down more specific affirmations each month as it comes. The master for me on this one is Kenneth Soares.
- Journaling: Write down your goals, visualizations, and daily progress to keep yourself accountable and motivated. Don't be afraid to amend things as your vision changes throughout the year. Learning what we don't want is as important as then focusing on what we do want.
- Meditation: Regular meditation helps clear mental clutter, enhances focus, and strengthens your connection to your inner desires. Just ten minutes a day can help you re-set and re-align your intentions for the coming 24-hour period. My favorite time is just before I head off to sleep so that I enter a whole 'theta-delta' brain wave period of focusing on my desired outcomes.
